For Anna Sophia, customer satisfaction is very important.

Anna Sophia's exchange policy estimates a period of 30 calendar days after receiving the product to request and exchange for another product of equal value.

The product must be in perfect conditions of sale, without damage or traces of use, with its original labels and packaging, you must include receipt and/or invoice and the original warranty booklet, without this we cannot make the exchange.

Shipping costs and applicable taxes in case of exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, both for the return of the product originally bought and for the shipment of the product in exchange.

We recommend that you ship through an insured parcel service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the exchange of your product to be processed.



Returns


Anna Sophia's return policy estimates a period of 30 calendar days after receiving the product to request a refund.

In the case of returns, once received and approved in inspection the product (s), we will proceed with our refund process through the payment method used by the user in their purchase, the product must be in perfect conditions of sale, without damage or traces of use, with its original labels and packaging, you must include receipt and/or invoice and the original warranty booklet, without this we cannot make the return.

Please note that we can only refund the original purchase price of the product. Shipping costs are not refundable.
