If your order has not yet been dispatched and the price of the replacement product is less priced than the original product purchased, we will supply the replacement product and refund the price difference. If the price of the replacement item is more than the price of the original product purchased, we will request the price difference from you and ship the replacement item once we have received the payment difference.

Following payment confirmation, the delivery times to the parcel service are 3 to 5 business days, and the delivery times from the parcel service to the customer are 2 to 5 business days.
Since our firm is located in Mexico City, the delivery times for the Mexican Republic may be shorter.

Is registering as a customer required in order to make a purchase?
No, setting up an account is not essential. However, we advise creating one so you can access the details of your orders by accessing your account.

Which currency is displayed on the website?

Do you store my payment information?
No payment information is given to us or stored by us. Our payment solution providers, PayPal or Stripe, manage every transaction directly. Your credit or debit card de information is transmitted straight to the bank and is inaccessible to anyone besides your bank.

All of our customers' orders are shipped from Mexico.
How long does it take for international shipments to arrive?
Usually, it takes between 5 to 12 business days.
Is shipping free of charge?
It is cost-free for the entire Mexican Republic (Mexico), however there is a charge for the United States of America.
How can I know the status of my order?

A link or tracking information will be sent to your email at the time of shipment to enable you to follow the progress of your order once it is shipped.
How are taxes applied to international orders?
There is no VAT or other tax on orders coming from abroad. If you are browsing our website from a location outside Mexico, our site will display prices without taxes.
Yet, customs duties might be charged to you, depending on the customs office in your country. All customs clearance fees are the full responsibility of the buyer.
We have no control over these charges. Please, contact your customs office for additional information on customs, tariffs, taxes, and other import duties.

How do I care for and clean Anna Sophia's jewelry?
A silver cleaning cloth can be used to polish or shine the silver objects' surfaces. The cloth is used to scrub the item till it is clean.
The cleaning cloth should only be used on the silver if the jewelry item also contains other materials like pearls, stones, natural materials, or other elements. Other parts of the piece that are made of other materials such as pearls and stones can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth.
On jewelry or areas of jewelry with a matte texture, the cleaning cloth should not be used. The silver- or gold-plated items shouldn't be cleaned with the silver cleaning cloth.
